At We Relieve, we want you to feel as good as you look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Our streamlined process ensures that finding your perfect fit is always stress-free and simple.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
